Care - wash in warm soapy water (dishwasher not recommended). To clean lid (1) flip the cap on top of the lid open so it's resting back on lid. (2) Bottom of lid, push the clear silicone area in the centre of the lid upwards (3) Topside - slide the cap out towards edge of lid. The cap should slide out and the bottom of the lid will come apart.
